WORKING AT INSIGHT | Tania loves helping people. For her, it’s very satisfying to hear great feedback from clients, especially those that may encounter a language barrier. She appreciates that IAG values the advantage of being bilingual.

CORE VALUES | TRUST and RELATIONSHIPS are Tania’s favorite core values because they go hand in hand. In order to build a good lasting relationship with clients, there needs to be trust that the work provided will be great. When that is accomplished, the client will keep utilizing IAG for their accounting services.

SPARE TIME | When not at work, Tania enjoys spending my time with her family and friends, trying new foods and restaurants, and traveling. She also enjoys working out and taking her dog, Oso, out on walks.
