At Insight Accounting Group we strive to develop a deep level of personal connection with our clients that goes beyond delivering tax returns or preparing financial statements. We serve alongside our clients in charitable organizations and see them frequently in community events. We think of our clients as our extended family.

Insight has built a team of incredibly talented people, many of us have spent successful years in international or regional firms before joining the Insight team. Every team member brings a unique talent and perspective that makes our firm stronger. Our team members and clients often tell us that the firm culture at Insight is unique from any other public accounting firm they have worked at or worked with. While we all work hard and work long hours during the busy seasons, we try to make our time together as enjoyable as possible and have developed a fun and inviting firm culture. As evidence of our success in this area our team member turnover rate is lower than average for accounting firms of our size. Over one third of our team has celebrated 10 or more work anniversaries with us.

I serve as the firm director of tax services and specialize in high net worth income tax issues and related tax planning for trust, estate and gift taxation. I hold the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) credential and am certified as a Personal Financial Specialist from the AICPA in addition to holding my CPA license.

I spend time in the community serving on the Oaklawn Foundation Board. I also enjoy being part of community activities, like the Dallas Lake Association in Lagrange County where I grew up and live with my family. I am also a member of several professional organizations including the AICPA, INCPA and Financial Planning Association (FPA).
